The Antioch Waves Swim Team is a non-profit organization in Antioch, Illinois that provides competitive swim experience for local youth ages 5-18. Our swimmers live in Antioch, Salem, Trevor, Spring Grove, Lake Villa, Lindenhurst, and nearby communities. They enjoy a great summer activity that blends active exercise, fun, social, and a mix of team and individual challenges and goals. All practices and home meets are held at the Antioch Aqua Center.
